TEL AVIV, December 8. /TASS/. The Israel Defense Forces said it detected several projectile launches from of Syria and Lebanon and are returning fire.

"Following the alert that was activated in the town of Buq’ata in northern Israel, two launches were detected that crossed over from Syrian territory and fell in an open area," the IDF said.

The military said that it also detected shelling from Lebanon. The IDF is now attacking the sources of the fire.
