Israeli tanks moving toward Gaza Strip – TV

They were spotted in the area adjacent to the security barrier in the city of Beit Hanoun, which is located in the north of the Palestinian enclave, Sky News Arabia reports

DUBAI, October 27. /TASS/. Israeli tanks are moving toward the Gaza Strip in an area near the city of Beit Hanoun located in the north of the Palestinian enclave, the Sky News Arabia television channel said on Friday, citing local sources.

According to the television channel, the sounds of shooting and explosions are heard on the enclave’s northern border. The Al Arabiya television channel reports massive shelling of the city of Beit Lahia. The Israeli military is reportedly firing target-indicting flares over Gaza’s northern areas.

Jawwal, a Palestinian telecom provider, said earlier in the day that it had stopped providing mobile phone and internet services in the Gaza Strip following Israel’s massive attacks.

According to the Al Arabiya and Al Jazeera television channels, Gaza came under the most intensive attack since the beginning of the current escalation between Israel and the Gaza Strip on October 7. Israel is reportedly delivering strikes on several areas in Gaza from air-, sea-, and ground-based weapons.
