"Attention! Air raid alarm declared in Kiev! We urge everyone to immediately proceed to civil protection shelters!" the administration said on its Telegram channel.

The authorities have already declared air raid alarm in Kiev for three times on Monday.

Air raid alarm was also declared in Odessa and Nikolayev regions, with an explosion heard in the Odessa Region.
