The Ukrainian soldiers shot and killed four local residents

KURSK, March 10. /TASS/. Several residents of the village of Plyokhovo in the Kursk Region were killed or wounded while trying to get water from wells that had been booby-trapped by Ukrainian forces, a fellow villager said at a roundtable discussion.

"We had seven families living in one house. They went to a well to fetch water. There was apparently a mine planted there, so three people were blown up. Two of them suffered light injuries, but one had both legs ripped off," she said at the discussion titled "Pressing Issues of International Humanitarian Law in Conflict Situations.

According to the woman, Ukrainian soldiers also shot and killed four local residents.

"At that time, some people from the same street went to another water well. Those four people were two women and two men. They were shot and killed," she said.
