IRKUTSK, May 26. /TASS/. False promises of EU membership have turned Ukraine into a testing ground for new weapons and forms of warfare, Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) Director Alexander Bortnikov said at a meeting of the Council of CIS Security Service Heads.
"European patrons have established and continue to support a puppet regime in Ukraine," Bortnikov said, describing the situation as revealing.
Bortnikov said that false promises of rapid EU accession have turned the country into a staging ground for military and sabotage-terrorist operations against Russia, effectively making it a testing site for new weapons, military artificial intelligence systems, and new forms and methods of warfare conducted under a "false flag."
