MOSCOW, November 28. /TASS/. Emergency blackouts have been imposed across Ukraine, the country's Energy Minister German Galushchenko reported.

An air alert was in effect throughout the country. Explosions occurred in several Ukrainian cities.

TASS has gathered key details of the situation.

Air alert

- In the morning, an air alert was issued throughout Ukraine.

- Later, it was lifted in a number of regions.

Geography of explosions

- Explosions occurred in Kiev, Nikolayev, Vinnitsa, Kropivnitskoye, Odessa, Kharkov, Lutsk, Ivanovo-Frankovsk, and Rovno.

Blackouts

- Emergency blackouts have been imposed across Ukraine, the country's Energy Minister German Galushchenko said.

- In Kiev, some parts of the Kiev and Zhitomir regions experienced blackouts, Yespresso TV reported on its Telegram channel.

- Ukrainian TV channels also reported emergency blackouts in Rovno, the Volyn, Kiev, and Sumy regions.

- The Strana weekly reported that the lights went out in Lutsk.

Destruction of infrastructure

- Several infrastructure facilities were destroyed in the Shostyn community of the Sumy Region, where multiple explosions occurred, the "Public" edition reported on its Telegram channel.
