Ukraine’s military shells Kherson bridge, all rockets shot down by air defenses

It is reported that there are no casualties

KHERSON, October 28. /TASS/. The Ukrainian military shelled the Antonovka Bridge in Kherson with HIMARS rockets, with all the munitions shot down by air defenses, the region’s emergency services reported on Friday.

"At 12:00 p.m., the Kiev regime delivered a new strike by HIMARS rockets against the Antonovka Bridge, firing six munitions. All the targets were shot down by air defense systems and there are no casualties," a spokesman for the emergency services said.

The Ukrainian military has been bombarding communities in the Kherson Region over the past few days, destroying schools and social infrastructure and damaging houses. On the evening of October 20, the Ukrainian army fired 12 rockets against the Kherson ferry crossing. Eleven rockets were shot down by air defense systems while one rocket fell near the Antonovka Bridge, killing four and wounding ten other civilians.
