MOSCOW, April 12. /TASS/. A combined heat and power plant in the eastern Ukrainian city of Sumy was damaged after a series of explosions, the region’s district military administration said.

The administration’s Telegram channel says that "a strike was delivered" on the facility. Other details are unknown.

On Thursday night, Ukrainian media said that a series of blasts rocked the city after an air raid warning was issued.
