Russia to spend $33.3 bln for National Projects in 2024 — Finance Ministry

Earlier, the ministry said that Federal budget spending for National Projects provisionally totaled $28 bln or 84.5% of planned allocations as of December 1, 2023

MOSCOW, January 9. /TASS/. Federal budget expenditures for implementation of National Projects will total 3.008 trillion rubles in 2024, the Russian Finance Ministry told TASS

"The Federal Law "On the federal budget for 2024 and the planned period of 2025 and 2026" provides 3.008.4 trillion rubles for implementation of National Projects in 2024. The largest amount of budget allocations in 2024 is provided for implementation of the following National Projects: Demography - 890 bln rubles ($9.9 bln), Safe Quality Roads - 621.4 bln rubles ($6.9 bln), Healthcare - 283.8 bln rubles ($3.15 bln rubles), and Education - 237.2 bln rubles ($2.6 bln)," the ministry said.

Federal budget spending for National Projects provisionally totaled 2.53 trillion rubles ($28 bln) or 84.5% of planned allocations as of December 1, 2023, the ministry said earlier.
