Turkey halts energy projects with Israel – energy minister

The head of the department, Alparslan Bayraktar, considers it possible to supply electricity and water to the Gaza Strip

ISTAMBUL, November 7. /TASS/. Turkish Minister of Energy Alparslan Bayraktar has said that Turkey put a stop to any joint energy projects it has with Israel.

"It would be inappropriate to talk about the implementation of projects with Israel under such conditions. The only thing we can talk about is supplying electricity and water to Gaza," the Turkish minister told the A Para TV channel.

Bayraktar was planning a trip to Israel in November.
