A three-story warehouse for cross-border online commerce occupies ​​about 12,000 square meters in the bonded port area of ​​Yangpu in the north of Hainan — an area with a special tax and customs regime that promotes trade and investment. Construction work began in April 2019, and despite the coronavirus pandemic was completed in due time in accordance with the plan, the publication writes. Investments in the construction of a logistics facility amounted to 46.8 million yuan (about $ 6.6 million).
