MOSCOW, December 4. /TASS/. The American consulates in St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Vladivostok will resume nonimmigrant visa interviews on December 11, the US Embassy in Moscow, Russia said on Monday.
"On December 11, the US consulates in St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, and Vladivostok will begin to offer limited interviews for nonimmigrant visas," the Embassy said on its website.
The US Embassy in Moscow also continues to offer "limited interviews for immigrant, diversity and nonimmigrant visas."
After Moscow’s demand to cut the number of personnel at US diplomatic missions, Washington announced a decision to suspend issuing nonimmigrant visas across Russia. On September 1, visa operations resumed, but only in Moscow.
On November 3, Spokesperson for the US Embassy in Moscow Maria Olson told TASS all American consulates in Russia resumed processing nonimmigrant visa cases that do not require interviews.
