MOSCOW, August 28. /ITAR-TASS/. The second Russian humanitarian convoy for south-eastern Ukraine is being formed due to local residents’ needs, Russian Deputy Emergencies Minister Vladimir Stepanov told ITAR-TASS on Thursday.
“Everything proceeds according to plan,” he said, adding that cargoes due to be carried by the convoy had been determined.
“Now, everything will depend on the other party, its readiness and on the Red Cross,” Stepanov said.
