TUNIS, April 14. /TASS/. Over one million Lebanese residents were forced to leave their homes by Israeli attacks, President Joseph Aoun said, according to Al Araby TV channel.

"The Israeli attacks on Lebanon have led to a massive humanitarian catastrophe, as a result of which more than a million people have been forced to flee their homes," he said.

According to him, Lebanon urgently needs help and "the consequences of the people’s displacement will be significant even after the ceasefire."
