MOSCOW, April 2. /TASS/. A Royal Air Force Boeing RC-135W Rivet Joint strategic reconnaissance aircraft and an American Bombardier Challenger 650 Artemis reconnaissance and target acquisition aircraft were observed flying over the Black Sea, according to data from Flightradar.
The British aircraft departed from RAF Waddington, near London, around 12:36 p.m. Moscow time (9:36 a.m. GMT). It traversed Dutch, German, and Central European airspace before beginning a flight along the Romanian Black Sea coast. Meanwhile, the American aircraft took off earlier, at 8:45 a.m. Moscow time (5:45 a.m. GMT), from the Romanian air base near Mihail Kogalniceanu in Constan a County. It advanced toward the Turkish-Georgian border and executed several maneuvers over the Black Sea.
As of 4:05 p.m. Moscow time (1:05 p.m. GMT), both aircraft remained within Black Sea airspace.
