NEW YORK, May 30. /TASS/. US Special Envoy for Ukraine Keith Kellogg acknowledged that Russia’s concern about NATO’s expansion eastwards is fair.

"It's a fair concern, and we've said that repeatedly that <…> Ukraine coming into NATO is not on the table," he said in an interview with ABC News. And the United States is not the only country that says that, he added.
