WASHINGTON, March 11. /TASS/. Following the US-Ukrainian talks in Jeddah, US President Donald Trump has decided to immediately resume military and intelligence aid to Kiev, US National Security Adviser Mike Waltz said.
"The President has decided to lift the pause on aid and on our security assistance to Ukraine going forward, and that's effective immediately," he said.
Trump suspended military assistance to Ukraine several days after his verbal exchange with Vladimir Zelensky during the latter’s visit to the United States on February 28. This decision took effect the morning of March 4 and applied to all U.S. military equipment not currently in Ukraine, including weapons on planes and ships or awaiting shipment in transit zones in Poland.
