LONDON, March 5. /TASS/. The United States has stopped sharing intelligence with Ukraine which could be used to carry out strikes deep into the Russian territory, the Sky News TV channel said citing a Ukrainian source.
According to the channel, the process of intelligence exchange between Washington and Kiev has not fully stopped. The source of the channel said that there is a selective halt in providing data that influence "the possibility of damage on the territory of the Russian Federation."
The Financial Times (FT) added that the US had prohibited their allies from sharing "time-sensitive and high-value" American intelligence with Ukraine, which is needed to conduct strikes on "moveable Russian targets." Later, Jacqui Heinrich, a Fox News journalist, reported that CIA Director John Ratcliffe confirmed that the United States had cut off intelligence sharing with Ukraine.
