No casualties among Vilnius residents in DHL cargo aircraft crash

Twelve people were evacuated from the site

VILNIUS, November 25. /TASS/. None of the residents of the area near Vilnius airport, where a DHL cargo aircraft crashed, were injured, Vilmantas Vitkauskas, the head of Lithuania’s National Crisis Management Center, told reporters.

"Fortunately, the plane did not crash into a two-story building, as previously reported, but rather near it. No residents were hurt," he said. Twelve people were evacuated from the site.

Two pilots and two company employees were aboard the aircraft. One pilot died from his injuries, while the others were taken to a hospital.
