CHISINAU, November 3. /TASS/. The second round of Moldova’s presidential election can be considered valid, the country’s Central Election Commission (CEC) Chairwoman Angelica Caraman said at a news briefing.

"According to preliminary data, turnout in the second round of the presidential election has amounted to 54.18%, thus the election may be considered valid," she said.
