MOSCOW, August 13. /TASS/. Infrastructure facilities in the northern Ukrainian city of Sumy have suffered damage from explosions, the regional military administration said.

However, the administration did not provide any details. "Emergency repairs are underway," the authorities added.

Earlier, two blasts were reported in Sumy during an air raid warning .
