TEL AVIV, April 13. /TASS/. A while ago, Iran launched drones from its territory towards Israel, and Israeli air defenses are tracking all targets, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said.

"A short while ago, Iran launched UAVs from within its territory toward Israel," the IDF press service said in a statement. "The IDF is on high alert and is constantly monitoring the operational situation."

"The IDF is monitoring all targets," it said.
