Ukraine launches second strike on Novaya Kakhovka after emergency services arrive

According to Governor Vladimir Saldo, two vehicles have been damaged

GENICHESK, November 26. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces tried to attack rescue services just as they were arriving to help the victims of an earlier strike on a bus in Novaya Kakhovka, the region's governor Vladimir Saldo told TASS.

"Ukraine launched drones to attack the vehicles of the services that came to help the injured passengers of the bus in Novaya Kakhovka. Luckily, no one was injured," he said.

According to him, two vehicles have been damaged.

Earlier, the regional Health Ministry told TASS that 16 people were injured and four killed after the Ukrainian armed forces launched shells into the area using a mortar, hitting a bus. Ukrainian troops allegedly used a cluster munition, the military investigation directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee said.

"Investigators from the Russian Investigative Committee have documented another crime committed by Ukrainian armed formations against civilians in the Kherson Region. The enemy shelled the village of Novaya Kakhovka, using a munition believed to be equipped with a cluster warhead," the agency reported.
