Israeli settlers attack West Bank towns daily — Palestinian authorities

Palestinian Presidential Spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeineh said that under the current circumstances "there is a need for "urgent international interference to stop the ongoing Israeli aggression until the situation erupts uncontrollably"

RABAT, December 6. /TASS/. Israeli soldiers and settlers are attacking Palestinian cities and towns in the West Bank every day, Palestinian Presidential Spokesman Nabil Abu Rudeineh said.

"At a time when Israel is committing daily massacres against Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, the occupation forces (Israeli military - TASS) and [Jewish] colonists continue their daily crimes in the West Bank by continuing to storm Palestinian cities, towns and camps, and carrying out field executions," the Palestinian news agency WAFA reported citing the spokesman.

Palestinian media and observers said that the Israeli military has stormed some major cities and towns in the West Bank, including Jenin and Nablus.

Abu Rudeineh said that under the current circumstances there is a need for "urgent international interference to stop the ongoing Israeli aggression until the situation erupts uncontrollably."

Tensions flared up in the Middle East after Hamas militants from the Gaza Strip attacked Israeli territory on October 7, when many Israelis living in the settlements near the border were killed and over 200 people, including children, women and the elderly, were taken hostage. Hamas views its attack as a response to Israeli authorities’ steps against the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem. Israel declared a total blockade of the Gaza Strip and launched bombardments of the enclave and some areas in Lebanon and Syria.
