Ukrainian president blacklists 147 individuals, 303 entities, mostly from Russia

The sanctions will be effective for five or ten years

MOSCOW, November 23. /TASS/. Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has signed two decrees introducing sanctions against 147 individuals and 303 entities, mostly from Russia.

The documents are available on the Ukrainian president’s website.

The blacklisted individuals particularly include commander of Russia’s Battlegroup Center Lieutenant General Andrey Mordvichev, chief of the Main Operational Directorate of the Russian General Staff Sergey Rudskoy, head of the Main Mobilization Department of the Russian General Staff Yevgeny Burdinsky, TASS Director General Andrey Konrashov, and Donetsk and Lugansk human rights ombudspersons Darya Morozova and Viktoriya Serdyukova.

New restrictions also target companies working in the fields of aviation, construction and technology, which are registered in Russia, Cyprus, China, the United Arab Emirates and other countries.

The sanctions will be effective for five or ten years.
