WASHINGTON, November 16. /TASS/. The Senate of the US Congress approved the federal government’s temporary financing plan, which does not include military aid to Ukraine and Israel, according a live broadcast by US TV channels.

The document will be submitted to US President Joe Biden for signing, and the US leader is expected to approve it.

The initiative envisages continued financing to a number of US governmental programs and agencies, including those related to agriculture, energy, military construction, transport and housing until January 19, 2024. The financing of other programs and agencies is extended until February 2, 2024.

The document contains no mention of funding for US military aid to Israel and Ukraine.
