YEREVAN, March 14. /TASS/. The Brussels (Western) format of negotiations with Azerbaijan is not making much headway, since Baku refuses to comply with the agreements reached, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan told a press conference on Tuesday.

"There are fundamental talks as part of the Brussels format of negotiations, and we recently discussed this with my friend, the head of the European Council, Charles Michel. The fundamental problem is that most of the agreements are not implemented. More than a dozen agreements have failed to be implemented, including the return of prisoners," he said.
