Armenian PM shares details of talks with Putin, Aliyev in Sochi with Iranian president

Nikol Pashinyan stressed that Yerevan thinks it important "to inform Iranian partners about what is going on in the context of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, in the context of Armenian-Turkish relations, and in the context of the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement"

YEREVAN, November 1. /TASS/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said on Tuesday that he has shared the details of his talks with the Russian and Azerbaijani leaders, Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev, in Sochi with Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi.

"We also discussed issues on the regional agenda and Armenia and Iran see a lot of opportunities for cooperation in this area. We stress and value Iran’s principled positions in the field of regional security and stability. I told Mr. Raisi about the results of the three-party meeting that was held yesterday in Sochi and shared my views on the agenda and the current processes toward stability and peace in the region," the press service of the Armenian government quoted him as saying in Tehran.

The Armenian prime minister stressed that Yerevan thinks it important "to inform Iranian partners about what is going on in the context of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, in the context of Armenian-Turkish relations, and in the context of the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement."

According to the press service, Pashinyan invited Raisi to visit Yerevan.
