MOSCOW, April 27. /TASS/. Russia’s Investigative Committee has identified those involved in the establishment of biological laboratories in Ukraine, including officials from the US Department of Defense, according to a statement issued after a meeting held by the committee’s head Alexander Bastrykin in the city of Lugansk.
"An analysis of the documents that we had received made it possible to identify those involved in military biological activities in Ukraine, including officials from the US Department of Defense and employees of contracting companies," the statement reads.
According to the Russian Investigative Committee, Bastrykin was presented a report on an investigation into scientific research activities aimed at producing parts of biological weapons in Ukraine and their funding by other countries, namely the US.
