ISTANBUL, March 29. /TASS/. Russian businessman Roman Abramovich is in Istanbul where Russian-Ukrainian talks will be conducted on Tuesday, a TASS correspondent reported.

The meeting between Moscow’s and Kiev’s delegations will held at the Dolmabahce Palace.

Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov reported that Abramovich participated at the initial stage of the talks with Ukraine.

The Russian-Ukrainian talks were launched on February 28. On March 10, a meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Ukrainian counterpart Dmitry Kuleba was held on the sidelines of a diplomatic forum in Turkey’s Antalya. Later, the negotiators continued contacts in a video conference format. The Russian delegation is led by Russian Presidential Aide Vladimir Medinsky.
