SEVASTOPOL, August 13. /TASS/. A Russian citizen detained by FSB officers on suspicion of a bomb attack against a Russian military serviceman in Sevastopol was previously fined by a court for discrediting the Russian Armed Forces, according to records from the Goryachy Klyuch City Court in the Krasnodar Region.

In the summer of 2025 year, Margarita Reutt was found guilty of an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, which pertains to discrediting the use of the Russian Armed Forces to defend Russia's interests and citizens. Reutt admitted to the charges, and the court imposed a fine of 30,000 rubles.

Earlier, on Thursday, the FSB office in the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol announced the arrest of a Russian citizen suspected of carrying out a bombing attack in Sevastopol that resulted in the death of a military serviceman. The investigation revealed that the suspect, born in 1994, executed the bombing on orders from Ukrainian special services.

Investigative and detective measures are ongoing, and authorities are considering whether to initiate a criminal case.
