German DJ Paul van Dyk to give two shows in Russia in 2027

The artist will perform in Moscow and Sochi

MOSCOW, May 22. /TASS/. German DJ Paul van Dyk will travel to Russia for the first time in eight years to perform two shows. On January 5, 2027, the artist will perform at VK Stadium in Moscow, followed by a set at Rosa Hall in Sochi on January 7, the Say Agency press service told TASS.

"Paul van Dyk is one of the most highly anticipated DJs in Russia. The negotiations were long and complex — Paul agreed following Vini Vici's successful performances in our country. <…> We see his tracks gaining popularity on social media time and again, and when Paul takes the stage, he proves that the person behind the decks can evoke deep emotions and connect with every member of the audience. We are delighted to announce these shows in Moscow and Sochi — his first in eight years," Anna Subcheva, CEO of Say Agency, told TASS.

Matthias Paul, known globally as Paul van Dyk, is one of the pioneers of modern club culture. He was twice consecutively named the world’s No. 1 DJ (DJ Mag, 2005-2006) and was the first artist in history to receive a Grammy nomination in the dance category.
