Sanya Airport adds five new international routes since beginning of 2024

The development of air routes between Sanya and various regions of Russia has been particularly dynamic

HAIKOU /China/, September 5. /TASS/. Phoenix International Airport of the Chinese resort city of Sanya (southern Hainan Province) has launched new passenger flights on five international routes from the beginning of 2024, Sanya Daily reported.

The routes include Sanya-Shanghai-London, Sanya-Krasnoyarsk, Sanya-Hong Kong, Vladivostok-Sanya-Khabarovsk, and Sanya-Ekaterinburg. The airport also launched cargo flights on two international routes in 2024: Seoul - Sanya - Singapore and Shenzhen - Singapore - Sanya - Sanya - Shenzhen. All these flights are operated on a regular basis.

The development of air routes between Sanya and various regions of Russia has been particularly dynamic. According to the newspaper, from September 3, new routes will be opened with flights via Vladivostok, Khabarovsk, Novosibirsk and Yekaterinburg, which will further strengthen economic and cultural exchanges between Sanya and the BRICS countries.
