MOSCOW, March 31. /TASS/. Ukraine may disrupt the next prisoner exchange, Russia’s Human Rights Ombudsperson Tatyana Moskalkova said on Friday.
"I am extremely concerned that the next prisoner exchange is going to fail. As time goes on, the list continues to grow. As many as 133 names have already been included on it, but Ukraine is silent," Moskalkova wrote on Telegram.
According to the ombudsperson, it has been three weeks since Ukraine assured her that 70 Ukrainian service members whom Kiev had refused to exchange would be included on the list to be returned home.
Moskalkova also provided the names of 133 Ukrainian troops Russia offered to exchange.
