MOSCOW, November 7. /TASS/. Russian air defense systems shot down five unmanned aerial vehicles over the Black Sea waters near Sevastopol, Governor Mikhail Razvozhayev said.

"Air defense systems are on alert in Sevastopol. According to preliminary, data, five drones have been already downed over the sea. All services currently operate in a standard mode," the governor stated on his Telegram channel.

Razvozhayev also said that one of the downed drones hit a roof of a private household in Sevastopol and started a fire.

"According to the Sevastopol rescue services, remains of one of the downed drones crashed into a roof of a private household in the residential settlement of Andreyevka," he said. "Emergency services currently work at the scene eliminating a small fire.".
