With the help of the planned provocation Ukraine plans to launch a campaign in the Western media to discredit Russia, it will try to initiate a meeting of the UN Security Council to accuse Russia. A representative of the interdepartmental coordination headquarters of Russia for humanitarian response in Ukraine said this to reporters on Saturday.

"According to the plan of the Kiev regime, this provocation will allow launching another media campaign in the Western media to discredit the Russian Federation, including trying to initiate a meeting of the UN Security Council with the corresponding accusations of the Russian side," the headquarters said.
