Russia to respond to CIA plans for hacker attacks against its leadership - Kremlin aide

"This is already on the edge of rudeness," said Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov

BENAULIM, October 15. /TASS/. Moscow will respond to the plans of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) on preparing cyber attacks against Russia’s leadership, Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov told reporters on Saturday.

"Certainly, we will do this. This is already on the edge of rudeness," Ushakov said.

NBC News reported on Friday citing US intelligence officials that the Obama administration "is contemplating an unprecedented cyber covert action against Russia in retaliation for alleged Russian interference in the American presidential election."
