Putin approves list of fuel and energy sector information with restricted access

The relevant decree was posted on the legal information website

MOSCOW, September 28. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree approving the list of information with restricted access in the fuel and energy sector.

The relevant decree was posted on the legal information website. The list covers information about exports of goods by legal entities, including designations and quantity of goods exported, details of price, sellers and buyers, the procedure of mutual payments under contract, means of transportation and container numbers, destinations of supplies and transportation routes, names of marine terminals and their operators, and also regarding the starting and ending dates and time for operations with exported goods.

The access is also limited to aggregated information of Russian export statistics, data regarding volumes of refining and goods production by Russian refineries, and to information about planned volumes of petroleum products’ sales through exchange trading.

Dissemination of such information, including through mass media and the Internet, is not allowed, except information disclosed by a legal entity about its operations. The decree comes into force from its signing date.
