Donbass Dome system now covers DPR areas liberated from Ukrainian forces

The system neutralized over 50,000 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles

DONETSK, March 31. /TASS/. Territories of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) liberated from the Ukrainian armed forces have been included in the Donbass Dome coverage, an anti-drone defense system expert of the regional Directorate of the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) told TASS.

"Technical progress is constantly evolving, and our countermeasures are not limited to the Donetsk-Makeyevka agglomeration. We are securing more and more territories, and the enemy is using new weapons systems, which we are successfully countering," the expert said, adding that the system has been deployed, among other things, to protect territories liberated from the Ukrainian forces.

The Donbass Dome system was created in the DPR with the participation of the regional FSB Directorate. Earlier, the directorate told TASS that the system had neutralized over 50,000 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles.
