BELGOROD, December 17. /TASS/. The Ukrainian military attacked six districts of Russia’s borderline Belgorod Region with 59 munitions and 22 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the past 24 hours, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on his Telegram channel on Tuesday.

"In the Valuisky municipal district, the village of Borki was attacked by two FPV drones. A civilian was injured as a result of an attack by one of them on a truck," he said, adding that the motor vehicle had been damaged.

During the last 24-hour period, the Ukrainian military launched 16 munitions and eight drones on the Belgorodsky district, damaging a boiler house and a social facility. It also fired 20 shells on the Volokonovsky district, he said.

The Graivoronsky district was attacked by 13 Ukrainian munitions and 10 UAVs. The Ukrainian army also bombarded the Shebekinsky district by seven munitions and two drones, damaging two private homes and the roof, windows and sports equipment in a social facility building, the governor said.

"In the Krasnoyaruzhsky district, the village of Staroselye was attacked by three shells, with no consequences," he said.
