Putin discussed Ukraine with Saudi crown prince — Kremlin

MOSCOW, November 14. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin and Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman discussed the issue of Ukraine during a telephone conversation the day before, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

"The sides indeed touched upon the topic of the conflict (in Ukraine - TASS). We have nothing more to say," the spokesman said, without giving additional details.

Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince called Putin on Wednesday. According to the Saudi Press Agency, the conversation focused on the conflict in Ukraine. The sides discussed "a number of issues and topics of mutual interest, including the development of the Russian-Ukrainian crisis and the efforts made in this direction," it said.

The Kremlin press service listed the countries' cooperation in various areas, coordination in OPEC+, the Middle East settlement, and the results of the BRICS summit in Kazan among the topics of the phone conversation.
