MELITOPOL, April 10. /TASS/. Up to one company of mercenaries from Poland arrive in the Kiev-controlled city of Orekhov, located near the contact line in the Zaporozhye Region, says Vladimir Rogov, chairman of the "We are Together with Russia" movement.

"Several days ago, up to a company of Polish mercenaries arrived in Orekhov. This information was confirmed by the locals. From there, they can move to contact line swathes near Rabotino, Malaya Tokmachka and Verbovoye," Rogov said.

He noted that units comprised of Polish citizens have been present in different special op areas since 2022.

"A unit of up to one company enters and stays at the contact line for a month or a month and a half, they rotate constantly. When they enter, they are formally on leave or resigned, they are not the Polish army, they are on their own, they act through the Ukrainian ‘foreign legion’," Rogov noted.
