LUGANSK, February 26. /TASS/. Ukrainian government agencies have been evacuated from the city of Kupyansk in the Kharkov Region as Russian forces are making headway, Russian lawmaker Viktor Vodolatsky told TASS.

"As for Kupyansk, naturally, all government agencies have been evacuated from there. Panic is sweeping Kharkov, with fighting underway near Sinnkovka and Peschanoye in the Kharkov area," said the lawmaker, who is in charge of maintaining ties with the legislature of the Lugansk People’s Republic.
