Two drones crash into fuel-energy facility in southwest Russia, fire localized — governor

According to Andrey Klychkov, first responders are working at the scene, and the situation is under control

MOSCOW, January 9. /TASS/. Two drones have crashed into a fuel and energy facility in the southwestern Russian city of Oryol, where the resulting fire has been brought under control, Oryol Region Governor Andrey Klychkov said.

"Two unmanned aerial vehicles fell on a facility of the fuel and energy sector in the city of Oryol. The fire was promptly localized; the necessary assistance is being provided," Klychkov wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to the governor, first responders are working at the scene, and the situation is under control. Klychkov asked local residents to be vigilant and, if necessary, to call emergency services.
