SEVERODVINSK /Arkhangelsk Region/, December 11. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that Russia can feel safe thanks to its Navy, weapons and sailors. He left a corresponding note in the ship's logbook after inspecting The Admiral Kasatonov frigate in Severodvinsk.

"With such sailors, ships and weapons Russia will feel safe," Putin wrote down and then read out his note aloud.

Before inspecting the frigate, Putin took part in a flag-raising ceremony on the submarines Emperor Alexander III and Krasnoyarsk.
