MOSCOW, November 22. /TASS/. The West’s accusations of purported "illegal military and technical cooperation" between Russia and North Korea lack any proof, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.

"The accusations that were presented to us, are being regularly presented to us by the collective West of allegedly illegal military-technological or military-technical cooperation with the DPRK, they lack any proof," she said at a news briefing.

Earlier, the top diplomats from the "Group of Seven" (G7) strongly condemned North Korea launching its first reconnaissance satellite on November 21.

On November 19, South Korea's Defense Minister Shin Won-sik said that North Korea had resolved almost all its issues with the carrier rocket’s engine thanks to Russia. Yoo Sang-bum, a member of the South Korean parliament, citing intelligence data, insisted that Pyongyang had purportedly supplied arms and munitions to Russia while Moscow provided the DPRK with consultations on technical issues of a satellite launch.
