SEVASTOPOL, September 22. /TASS/. Fragments are scattered hundreds of meters away after the missile strike at the Black Sea Fleet headquarters in Sevastopol, with multiple ambulances on their way to the emergency site, according to a TASS reporter at the scene.

Ambulance vehicles are coming from the military hospital, located several bays away from the headquarters’ location. There has been no information on victims yet.

The headquarters building is located in the historic center of Sevastopol, with multiple civilian objects nearby.
