Russian units wipe out US radar station, two Ukrainian strongholds near Paraskoviyevka

The Russian troops delivered artillery strikes with Gyatsint-B field gun and Msta-B towed 152 mm howitzers

MOSCOW, March 31. /TASS/. Russian troops destroyed a US-made AN/TPQ-50 Lightweight Counter Mortar Radar (LCMR), as well as two Ukrainian strongholds in the Donetsk direction, Southern Battlegroup Spokesman Ivan Bigma told TASS on Friday.

"Our reconnaissance group detected a US-made AN/TPQ-50 Lightweight Counter Mortar Radar in the Donetsk direction near the village of Paraskoviyevka. The 152 mm Gyatsint-B field gun of the Southern Battlegroup launched an attack at these coordinates and the station was destroyed," he said.

In addition, according to the spokesman, the Msta-B towed 152 mm howitzers struck two Ukrainian platoon strongholds with up to 20 servicemen, as well as a BMP-1 infantry fighting vehicle.
