Kiev does not have enough forces for offensive on left bank of Dnieper — Governor

"There are no specific preparations for an offensive; they spread rumors as disinformation, in order to sow panic among the people and in a futile attempt to trick our military" Saldo said

GENICHESK, March 11. /TASS/. The Ukrainian armed forces do not have enough resources for a full-scale offensive one the left bank of Dnieper in the Kherson Region, Acting Governor Vladimir Saldo said on his Telegram channel Saturday, adding that Russian forces constantly monitor movement of Ukrainian forces in the region.

"There are no specific preparations for an offensive; they spread rumors as disinformation, in order to sow panic among the people and in a futile attempt to trick our military. But, at the same time, we also noticed the enemy’s relocation of certain special vehicles and units to the right bank. We also see that the roads coming from the north, which could be used for fast relocation of forces, are being repaired. Should the enemy begin a true, not imaginary, preparation to cross Dnieper, our military will know about it in advance, they are completely prepared. They will provide a crushing response; it will not even be necessary to engage the new fortification line," Saldo said.
