Kherson Region under control, no Ukrainian advance, authorities assure

Kirill Stremousov specified that the Ukrainian armed forces are employing a large amount of equipment from NATO countries on the Kherson front

KHERSON, October 6. /TASS/. The situation in the Kherson Region has now been put under full control and Ukrainian troops are not advancing, Kirill Stremousov, deputy head of the region's military-civilian administration, told TASS.

"The situation is under control, the Ukrainian armed forces haven’t made any advance, and our military is working," he stated.

Stremousov specified that the Ukrainian armed forces are employing a large amount of equipment from NATO countries on the Kherson front, and Russian troops are managing to deal with the assault, thanks to their heroism. According to him, the Ukrainian military "has no chances" in the Posad-Pokrovsk and Nikolayev directions, "there are Russian servicemen who can already be awarded state decorations."

According to Stremousov, while heading towards Krivoy Rog from Davydov Brod, Ukraine’s troops have come to a halt and are not advancing, because the defense line is further away. According to the official’s information, the Ukrainian armed forces are currently in a kill zone and are being eliminated.
